본 강의는 전자정부와 정보정책의 주요 개념과 현상을 다룬다. 지식정보화의 개념과 함의, 정보자원관리의 개념과 실제, 전자정부의 주요 이론, 정보정책의 다양한 사례 및 전자민주주의의 핵심 이슈 등을 교육한다. 스마트 기기의 급속한 발달에 따라 정보화기반의 사회구조가 변화되면서 정보보안의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 개인정보보호 및 정보보안의 의미와 적용등의 주요 정책을 함께 탐구한다.

This course covers major concepts and phenomena of e-government and information policy. It also deals with concepts and implications of knowledge and information, theory and practice of information resource, major theories of e-government, security of data, various case studies of information policy and key issues of e-democracy. The course comprises lectures, discussion, and team projects, capston design.
